Request an Accident Report Online

In most instances, accident reports authored by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office may be obtained by visiting our partner LexisNexis. 

Allow seven business days after the accident for the report to be uploaded.

Visit www.BuyCrash.com to obtain a copy of your accident report.

A valid credit/debit card or business account is required to purchase the report for download. 

Fees for online reports are $5.00 per report for individuals and entities directly related to the accident report.  A convenience fee may be imposed by LexisNexis.  For further information, contact 866-215-2771.

**Not all accident reports will be available online**

Accident reports resulting in serious (incapacitating) or fatal injuries, or those related to a criminal offense (e.g. DUI), will be delayed and may take six months or longer to complete based upon the complexity of the case.  Request a copy here.
